This policy explains, in plain language, what happens with your information when you visit this website and when you contact Angeletti Property Refresh.

The short version

  • The consultation form collects only what you type — your name, email, optional phone, a selected service, and a description of your goals.
  • When you submit, your details are transmitted to us and delivered as an email so we can respond.
  • We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and the site sets no cookies.
  • We do not sell or share your information.
  • We do not collect payment or card data — no payments are processed on this site.

Information collected automatically

When you visit any website, the servers that deliver it typically log some standard technical data automatically — for example, your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. This is normal, and it keeps the site running securely.

This site is served through static hosting and a content-delivery network. Those providers may log standard request data as part of delivering the site. That data is not used to build a profile of you or to identify you personally, and we do not add any analytics or tracking scripts of our own.

The consultation form

The “Start Your Plan” form collects the information you enter — your name, email address, optional phone number, the service you select, and the details you choose to share about your space and goals. When you press send, this information is transmitted to our website’s backend, where it is used to compose an email that is delivered to angelettirefresh@gmail.com so we can respond. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that the form was completed by a person rather than automated software.

Information you send us

You can also contact us directly by email at angelettirefresh@gmail.com or by phone at 504-240-9441. When you do, we receive your contact details and whatever you choose to share. We use this only to:

  • respond to your message, and
  • schedule or deliver the service you asked about.

We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your contact information.

Third-party service providers

To deliver the consultation form, we rely on a small number of service providers that process your information on our behalf:

  • Email delivery (Resend). Form submissions are delivered to us as email through Resend, an email delivery service. Your name, email address, and the content of your message are transmitted to Resend to send that email.
  • Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). We use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated submissions. Turnstile processes a one-time verification token when you submit the form.
  • Hosting (Azure Static Web Apps). This website and its backend run on Microsoft Azure, which may log standard request data as described above.

These providers receive only the information needed to perform their specific function, and we do not authorise them to use it for their own purposes.

Payments

We do not collect payment card details or process payments on this site. There are no accounts, logins, or purchases on the site.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data retention

Messages you send us — whether through the form or directly — are kept in our email records for as long as needed to respond and to keep records of our work together. Form submissions are not otherwise stored on our servers after the email is sent.

Your choices

We do not maintain a separate database of form submissions. If you have contacted us and would like us to delete the correspondence, email us and we will do our best to honor that request within any legal record-keeping obligations.
